For retreats from Bles Yoga.

1. Definitions

1.1 Bles Yoga: Refers to the organization responsible for hosting and facilitating the retreat experience.

1.2 Retreat: The wellness experience organized by Bles Yoga, including yoga sessions, workshops, and group activities.

1.3 Participant: Any individual who has registered and paid to attend a retreat organized by Bles Yoga.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all retreats organized by Bles Yoga.

2.2 By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Registration and Payment

3.1 Registration must be completed via the official online form provided by Bles Yoga.

3.2 The participation fee is €1250 for a 2-person room and €1100 for a 3-person room (including VAT).

3.3 Failure to complete payment within the invoice period may result in cancellation of the Participant's registration.

3.4 By making a payment (including any deposit), the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

4. STO Garant Guarantee Scheme

In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, Bles Yoga makes use of the guarantee scheme provided by STO Garant. You can check that this is the case by visiting STO Garant's website and verifying that the organisation is listed as a participant (www.sto-garant.nl/en/members). You can find all information relating to STO Garant at www.sto-garant.nl/en. Whether STO Garant's guarantee applies to a particular (travel) offer made by Bles Yoga is clearly stated for that offer. The Guarantee Scheme specifies what the guarantee covers and which conditions apply. You can find the Guarantee Scheme on STO Garant's website (www.sto-garant.nl/en/downloads). If STO Garant's guarantee applies to your booking, you do not pay the booking sum to Bles Yoga but instead into the escrow account belonging to Stichting Derdengelden Certo Escrow, a payment services provider registered with De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). This trust account holds your payment in reserve until the trip booked has come to an end. If services are not supplied (in full and/or on time) due to the financial insolvency of Bles Yoga, STO Garant implements the guarantee. The Guarantee Scheme details how you can make a claim under the guarantee in such cases.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless agreed upon in writing by Bles Yoga in exceptional cases.

5.2 Partial refunds for late cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on costs already incurred.

5.3 If the retreat is canceled by Bles Yoga, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Participant Responsibilities

8.1 The Participant acknowledges that yoga, breathwork, meditation, surf activities, excursions, and other retreat activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or unforeseen circumstances. By participating in the retreat, the Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and accepts full responsibility for their participation.

8.2 Bles Yoga shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal property, travel delays, missed flights, cancellations, or any other direct or indirect damages incurred during or in connection with the retreat, except where such liability arises from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Bles Yoga.

8.3 Participants are responsible to flag any injuries or diseases they may have before the start of the retreat.

8.4 Participants are responsible to have travel insurance at time of booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel, medical, and cancellation insurance coverage. The travel insurance covers surf injuries if the participant is planning to surf or will surf during the retreat.

8.5 Participants should bring any personal items needed for their comfort and practice.

8.6 Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Bles Yoga.

8.7 Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, health certificates, and any other travel documents required for entry into and travel within the destination country. Bles Yoga shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or inability to participate resulting from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.

9. Health and Fitness Declaration

9.1 The Participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga, meditation, breathwork, surf activities, and any other retreat activities.

9.2 The Participant is responsible for informing Bles Yoga prior to the retreat of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, physical limitations, or medication use that may affect their participation or safety during the retreat.

9.3 Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary and at the Participant's own risk.

10. Code of Conduct

10.1 Participants must treat fellow participants, staff, and facilities with respect.

10.2 Drug use is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

10.3 Bles Yoga reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms.

11. Data, Media and Content Usage

11.1 During the retreat, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

11.2 Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify Bles Yoga in writing prior to the start of the retreat.

11.3 Bles Yoga will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests but cannot guarantee that Participants will not appear incidentally in group photographs or videos.

11.4 Bles Yoga processes participants' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration and operation of the retreat, communication with Participants, and compliance with legal obligations.

12. Program Changes or Cancellation

12.1 Bles Yoga shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, interruption, or cancellation of the retreat resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, political unrest, war, acts of terrorism, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, Bles Yoga reserves the right to modify the retreat program, reschedule the retreat, or cancel the retreat if necessary.

12.2 Bles Yoga reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

12.3 Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

12.4 Accommodation is provided in shared rooms as specified at the time of booking. Bles Yoga reserves the right to modify room assignments or room configurations where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, participant changes, or accommodation-related circumstances.

12.5 Bles Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum required number of participants is not reached. In such event, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to Bles Yoga. Bles Yoga shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by Participants, including but not limited to flights, transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, or other travel-related costs.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

13.2 Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Final Provisions

14.1 Bles Yoga reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

14.2 Updated terms apply only to future registrations and do not affect current participants.
